- November: District administration toured Brainerd Public Schools with Superintendent Laine Larson and Natalie Hoff from ICS
- December: We officially formulated the Project Oversight Committee (POC) – a key group of individuals involved throughout the design and construction process.
- January: Our first and second POC meetings took place and we selected the site design teams.
- February: Our third and fourth POC meetings took place and various site design team meetings occurred. We toured Hermantown Public Schools, South Ridge School, and Moose Lake Community School on February 4. We also toured Cohasset Elementary, East Rapids Elementary, and Laurentian Elementary in Eveleth on February 11.
