Minnehaha Construction Tour:
On Tuesday, July 18, 2023, ICS gave school board members and administrators a tour of the progress at the Minnehaha Elementary.
The building is almost unrecognizable in many of the inside areas, along with the outside area where the former playground was located.
Crews have been on site for about 12 hours a day, working to get the project completed on time. On a typical day, approximately 55 workers from 15 different contracting companies have been working together on Phase I of the project.
Below are photos of some of the remodeling. Despite appearances, the project is on schedule for students and staff to return in the fall. We’re looking forward to inviting everyone back into the school soon!
