All items bids must be received at the District Office on the final day by 4:00pm. The District Office is located at 1640 Hwy 2, Two Harbors, MN 55616.
Conditions of Bidding

All items are sold in as is condition. Lake Superior School District (“the District”) shall strive to make every effort to assist interested parties in obtaining information about each item for sale, however the District makes no warranty of the condition of the equipment, nor accuracy of the item description. 

Bids will be accepted until the date and time listed. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or defects found therein. All bids are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax of 6.875%, which will be added to the submitted bid price. 

 All sales are Final. The successful bidder will be notified within 5 business days of the closing date. The successful bidder shall make full payment with cash, check, or cashier’s check made payable to Lake Superior School District, and arrange to pick-up their item within 10 days from notification. 

 The District may indicate a minimum bid amount, or elect not to set the minimum bid amount. We retain the right to remove items offered for sale from this list at any time, up to the notice of the award, should the District determine the sale of the item is not in its best interests.
